For the first time to celebrate Heritage Week in Ahmedabad, the department launched the message envelope and special cancellation mark with the image of a chabutra, a unique feature of the walled city on Saturday. The lid and the label has the Chabutra Karanja with works by respected artists in the city Subrata Bhowmick.

With the launch of special coverage, the Department and the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) had an exhibition of stamps of great historical and heritage. Ahmedabad, with the list of cities likely Heritage, Ahmedabad is a hive of activities to honor the heritage of the city 600 years.
