The Kankaria zoo in Ahmedabad, accepted four new residents as Gift from Sri Lanka.

Zoo investigates created particular arrangements for the big snakes which include enclosures with thermometers to frequently check the heat range.

The anacondas will at first be kept in quarantine as a way for them to acclimatise to their new house and connection with the zookeepers.

“The Nationwide Zoo of Sri Lanka has gifted four all-natural anacondas to Kankaria Zoo. The anacondas are being kept in the crate. Out of the four anacondas, two are men and the other two are women. Two of the anacondas are three and a half feet in size in measurements and the other two are four ft. They are three many a lot of age,” said Bijal Patel, Operator of the Culture and Entertainment Department.

The anacondas are expected to catch the attention of many visitors to the zoo.

This is excellent for an Ahmedabad zoo. This will appeal to many viewers. People were asking for worldwide creatures,” said Dr. R.K Sahu, the Superintendent of Kankaria Zoo.

“After these anacondas in the zoo, people will be anxious and people today in thousands will come to see them. Especially the youngsters who have seen images of anacondas, they will get to see the anacondas in this zoo,” he included.

The all-natural anaconda is the most significant lizard on the earth and can increase to 29 ft (8.8 metres) and compare more than 227 kilos. The ladies are considerably bigger than the men.
