A woman moved the court seeking custody metropolitan Maninagar of her two children after her husband went and married another woman in Vadodara, without divorce. According to the complaint, Jalpa, a resident of Maninagar, married Paldi Nandkishor Mehta in 1998. At that time, Nandkishor serving in Goa, However, in a year of their marriage, he moved to Ahmedabad.

The couple leads a happy life and had their first child, daughter Kruti, a year after marriage. In 2003, Pratham his son was born and bought a house in Sagar apartment in Paldi. Nandkishor had the property registered in the name of the Jalpa.

But in 2006, Nandkishor transferred to Vadodara. There he came into contact with a Zankhana Shah, who worked in the credit card department of a bank, and they fell in love with each other. Zankhana was also married and gave birth to a son named Mann.

After falling in love with women in Vadodara, Nandkishor behavior changed: Jalpa said. They began to fight and struggle Jalpa little problem. After that, she filed a case in the metropolitan court seeking action against Nandkishor and custody of their two children. In a separate application filed with the court, she feared that her husband cannot fly to Dubai, if immediate action is taken against him.
