Congress leader and Gujarat University (GU), a member of the Syndicate Manish Doshi, handed over a memorandum demanding transparency Gujarat Governor Dr. Kamala at the University of the rising costs of conducting research to reduce the number of students.

Doshi, who is spokesman for the Gujarat Pradesh Congress Committee, said in the past seven years, the number of students taking into account GU fell 76,918. However, expenses incurred in the university exams lead increased from Rs 25 crore. “Neither the university authorities are unable to control the rising costs to conduct the review and not giving any valid explanation for this sudden increase in spending,” said Doshi.
