Dharoi Water Released, Warning of Floods 21 Villages

Ahmedabad collector has issued 21 Flood warning Dholka villages and talukas Daskroi the wake of water released from the dam Dharoi Sabarmati. Collector government has put on top of the alarm and Talati was asked to stay in the home. But the situation is under control.

The Collectorate issued warnings to 14 villages in Dholka Taluka including sarod, Chandisar, Dhavalpur, Ambaliyara, VAUTH, Sahaj and others. Similarly, the seven villages Taluka Daskroi on the banks of Sabarmati as Mahijada, Kasindra Mirol (Mota Chhapra) Navapur and Paldi (Kankaj) have also been warned, said KK Dudhat by collecting over Ahmedabad.

At 20 am on Monday, was at the dam Dharoi 619.61 feet, while its input and output is 15,596 and 55,040 cusec cusec respectively. Similarly, the water level at the dam was Vasna to 128.5 feet, and it expires in Sabarmati was 48,293 cusecs. Twenty-seven Vasna Barrage gates remained open.
