Ahmedabad: Last year, before Diwali, Ahmedabad Sun builders aligned based on two residential projects and both were absorbed in a heartbeat. This year, the season is just around the corner and the drop in housing markets has kept the real estate agent with the launch again.

Going into a holiday season that has traditionally driven purchases of goods — especially in the front of the house — the real estate market this year is not expected to testify as exuberant display of tradition fed transactions. Real estate experts estimate that more than 50% in their releases usually occur during the pre-Independence Day.

“The market situation is very different from that which existed during the same period last year. There are no buyers in the market. We decided not to make a new beginning that we do not see the situation s’ improvement over the next three months,” said NK Patel, CEO of Sun Builders
