City boy Valay Shah tops the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC) final exam in the country. The IPCC is a test of mid-level held by the chartered accountant (CA) final exams. The result was announced Monday.

Valay is a student of HL College of Commerce and aims to complete its turnover with the master HD. He finished sixth in the HSC general stream results published in 2010 and scored 93.57 percent.

Ahmedabad has posted 21.03 per cent of lead in both groups. As a result the group is 26.2 percent, while Group B is the result of 37.61 percent.

Speaking to TOI, Valay attributed his success to his sister Ruchita Shah, who ranked 19th Review of CA recently announced the final. Valay said he and his sister used to study together to break the CA exams and her sister wanted to help when in difficulty.

He said Valay 11 hours a day since the exams in February. He also used to play soccer for two hours to relax and rejuvenate themselves. Valay is a big fan of Indian cricket captain MS Doni, and says that his success culminated with the Indian team! Kamal Agarwal is the second son of the city, which ranked 21 tests IPCC.
