MoneyLender Vikram Rabari, who had flown down from the city and put on treatment at a hospital in the town after his attempts reported at the end of their lives frustrated by being constantly on the run, was finally arrested by police on Wednesday Vastrapur after doctors to treat him to the hospital in the city declared it needs.
