For a bullet train to zoom in on Ahmedabad-Mumbai-Pune trip will cost Rs 56,000 crore for 634 km away.

The project report submitted to the Board of Railways said the 56,000 crore rupees, about 50,000 crore rupees will be for the laying of rails and other infrastructure.
