The board of Gujarat printed more than one lakh mark sheets with errors in the upper High school exams this year. The errors were discovered and corrected by the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) before the results were published this year. Officials said that most of the errors related to errors in spelling of names and labels from all over. Despite this, nearly 200 schools across the state complained that there were errors in marksheets given to some students.

Meanwhile, sources within the Council said an internal report on the problem of many errors in the printing of scorecards was found that 1037 cases of mark sheets have been reported missing at 147 schools reported that incorrect scorecards have been issued.
About 65 schools in Ahmedabad reported an error in the marksheets and the report found that schools were issued marksheets the next day.
