Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) will hold a conference on “Pan India Investment Reporting Standards,” June 18 to bring transparency, comparability and authenticity of their location.
The Institute has invited the top Bschools and recruiters to attend the conference and hopes that the standards must be a reference point for all institutions. “We invited about 140 B-schools in India including the IIMS, and more than 100 recruiters to attend the conference. The first draft of the standard investment information were published in February this year, feedback from stakeholders to discuss during the conference, “Saral Mukherjee, chairman of the IIM-investment ET said.
The conference will include discussions on the proposed rules and suggestions. In 2010, the Institute has established an investment process by cohort, completing the process from the first day of the performance. She organized a conclave of recruiters in September 2010 in Mumbai, where they invited other business schools. In the conclave, the institute has proposed rules and India information investment. The siting standards developed by the IIM-A will eliminate the performance-related pay as variable pay and annual bonuses and benefits such as employee stock options and club members while reporting final salary.
It will calculate the wages that other elements of guaranteed cash (HRA allowance, travel allowance, medical, maternity allowance, representation allowance, etc.) and cash assistance to weather the time to participate (include bonuses, relocation bonuses, repayment of loans) to prepare the salary amounts.
IIM-A will calculate foreign exchange earnings from the buying power to become globally competitive. “Now it is clear that students at IIM-A to the exact details of their CTC bonus point, the performance-related pay, etc.,” he said.
