Rs. 22 lakh stolen from parked car in Ahmedabad

Two unknown persons on Wednesday stole a bag containing Rs. 22 lakh from a parked car outside the Koba circle branch of Dena Bank in Gandhinagar district, police said.

The incident took place near Randesan village, where one Rajendra Gohil, a lawyer, had kept a bag with Rs. 22 lakh cash in his car and gone into the bank to enquire about his account.

According to the police, two unknown persons came on a motorcycle, broke the glass window of the car, and fled with the bag. Source by NDTV
