‘Aal izz well’ will soon make it’s entry in management lessons. Ahmedabad Management Association plans has organised a
management session ‘Passion leads to excellence: Management Lessons from 3 Idiots’ based on the film on January 20. Management trainer Dr Shailesh Thaker who is going to take the session has already prepared a one-hour presentation on the topic.
“Bollywood is not about just masala entertaining flicks but a few films also depict lessons for life. Some of them are great inspiration for us and also act as an unflattering mirror to our ever-changing society. Like ‘3 Idiots’ , which contains great lessons for life as well as management,” he says.
Earlier too, Thaker has shown films like ‘Chak De’ and Corporate with English sub-titles in Japan, Korea , Egypt, Dubai, Singapore and Pakistan to explain management fundas. “Saying it using films makes a huge impact as the acceptance of concept between adults come easy. As it is rightly said, one picture is equal to a thousand words,” he says.
Thaker in his presentation has used scenes and incidents like Chatur’s speech, the romance between Kareena and Aamir and the on-the-spot inventions by Rancho among the other scenes from the film.
“‘ 3 Idiots’ teaches us many lessons, it is relevant for parents, children, professionals and the younger generation. The film is full of teaching and learning material,” he added. More Info
