AHMEDABAD: The faculty of Technology Management at CEPT University was bustling with activity for last two days as the student-organised festival Prana 2009 was held for the first time. The event concluded on Sunday evening.
“The business plan competition was one of the highlights of the event. We had received 55 entries and shortlisted 12 for the final round that took place on Saturday. Participating teams, included IIM-Shilong, Entrepreneurial Development Institute of India (EDI), CEPT, IIM-Ahmedabad, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad, among others,” said Santosh Chaudhary, event general secretary.
The business plan competition was organized in partnership with Centre for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE) at IIM-A. CIIE will consider taking the winning team members as incubatees.
Crack the case’ was another contest hosted by students where Som Lalit Institute of Management team bagged the top position.
