Metrochem Industries closes Ahmedabad unit

Metrochem Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has closed its manufacturing activities at Unit-3, GIDC, Vatva, Ahmedabad as a measure of cost reduction, Reason for that is Company has expanded its manufacturing activities at Village, Umraya, Ta. Padra, Dist: Vadodara. The Company is having sufficient manufacturing Capacity at Umraya Plant.

The stock closed the day at Rs.27.15, up by Rs.2.05 or 8.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.27.35 and low of Rs.25.05.

The total traded quantity was 1457 compared to 2 week average of 932.
