• never pull. Always push.
• no crouching (relaxed position). Always sit upright.
• avoid prolonged sustained posture (sitting / standing).
• avoid sudden turning / twisting.
• avoid sudden jerky, twisty movements of spine.
• avoid lifting of legs together while lying down.
