AHMEDABAD: A teenaged boy was found shot dead with a liquor bottle stuffed into his rectum in Aslali area in the city’s outskirts, police said on Sunday.

The murder came to light when Sunil Banjara’s naked body was found dumped at an isolated spot on Saturday. Doctors who conducted the autopsy found a 750 ml bottle in his rectum and a bullet in the back of his neck, police said.

Authorities said the crime appeared to have been committed by a sadist or a person with a perverted mind.

A preliminary probe revealed that Banjara had come here from Uttar Pradesh a fortnight ago to work as a labourer and lived in rented accommodation with some persons near Transport Nagar in Aslali.

Police are investigating if he was lured by any truck driver or seen with any other person after he had left home on Saturday morning.
